This chapter was added to the manual in May 2013.
Positive feedback lets us know, as a borough, when we are doing well. It motivates our employees and reinforces our commitment to providing quality services. The Children’s Services Complaints Team also monitors the number of compliments received. If they are forwarded to the Complaints Team with as much information as possible, they will be registered, formally acknowledged and reported on.
